1. Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required to secure the project date and order materials. The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the work.

2. Late Payments: Payments not received within 7 days of the invoice date will be subject to a 2% monthly interest charge (24% per annum). Unless stated otherwise

3. Travel Surcharge: Quotes for locations outside of the Barrie local radius (Zone 2+) include a mobilization fee to cover vehicle overhead and travel time.

4. Scope of Work: This quote covers only the items listed above. Any additional work requested on-site will be billed at our standard rate of $195/hour plus materials.

5. Warranty: Top Era Electric provides a 1-year warranty on workmanship. Manufacturer warranties apply to all installed hardware (heaters, breakers, etc.). We are not responsible for existing faulty wiring discovered during installation.

6. Permits: Unless otherwise stated, ESA permit fees are included in the quote total.
